He started his career with a UK insurer, before joining Societe Generale Group as COO for Sogecap Lebanon. He was appointed CEO of their Bancassurance subsidiary in Egypt in 2006, and CEO of the Moroccan subsidiary in 2009.

Alex Panican is a serial entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Digital Transformation and Innovation. He’s the Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem at the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), where he’s supporting international fintechs to establish and grow their operations in Europe.
Alex is also a professor in Business Strategy and Digital Marketing. He holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada.

Adina has an actuarial degree and 19 years experience in different finance fields, quantitative modeling being one of them. Adina is an Asset Allocation specialist that started her career as a derivatives trader. She then joined BNP Paribas AM where she was product manager, fund manager and head of ALM. In 2007 she joined a spinoff of the EDHEC-Risk Institute to develop the Dynamic Core Satellite approach. During her career, Adina advised numerous asset managers and institutional investors on designing and managing multi-asset portfolios, including hedge funds. In 2010 Adina co-founded Active Asset Allocation, a FInsurTech specialised on risk based asset allocation & B2B digital investing.
Founder and CEO of Click-Ins Ltd. Eugene, previously served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a Life Insurance company and held several leadership positions within the insurance industry prior to this. These 28 years of experience inspired the need to create a unique solution to tackle the main challenge that contributes to the decreasing profitability of insurance companies – fraudulent claims. Eugene holds black belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido. BSc economics, graduated in Moldova State University, Wingate Institute of Sport, Mr. Greenberg made his way up from being an insurance agent, founder of several Insurance agencies with over 30000 client base to the founder of the Life Insurance Company from scratch and serving as it Chairman for 7 years.
Arvid de Coster
Arvid started his professional career as an insurance agent whilst still studying history at Ghent University, Belgium. Even though he climbed the ladder quickly, becoming responsible for several sales teams, he never lost contact with the customers and made it his mission to solve their problems.
He developed an interest in innovative insurance business models and in combining those models with cutting-edge technology in order to improve user experience and process efficiency. This led to the foundation of Belgium’s first peer-to-peer InsurTech, WeGroup.
Today, Arvid can be found at various international insurance conferences, pitching WeGroup as its co-founder and CEO or providing expertise as a speaker specializing in innovative business models and sales process optimization.
Philippe Evrard joined Lombard International Assurance at the end of 2017, to head the Technology & Business Solutions department. His main objective is the creation of a partnership between business and IT, as well as the optimization of technology investments in order to provide the European leader of unit-linked life insurance with the digital tools that will enhance the execution of its strategy. After 8 years at Accenture, Philippe led the IT department of Banco Itaù in Luxembourg. He most recently headed a project aiming to create a digital bank for an international telecom group.
Jan Kastory is a partner at Astorya.vc, the first pure-insurance early-stage Venture Capital fund. In his previous life, Jan was one of the co-founders at Euler Hermes Digital Agency, a disruptive arm of the global leader in trade credit insurance, aiming to reinvent the 100-years old business of trade finance.
Jonathan Prince is an entrepreneur in the ICT and FinTech sectors with over 15 years’ experience in sales & marketing management. Jonathan is co-founder of Finologee a #Regtech company building digital finance platforms: Digital onboarding, XS2A, Messaging. He is also partner in charge of sales & partnerships at Mpulse handling over 95% of micropayments made via mobile operators in Luxembourg. In 2012, he co-founded Digicash a #Fintech startup, first SEPA based, multi-bank, mobile payment initiative in Europe. In 2007, he founded TCG a consulting and advisory service provider in the telecom and payments industries. Jonathan is also public speaker and host in various Finance and Technology conferences.
Frank has a track record in the successful international development of new business

He currently heads Digital Solutions for Finance at Telindus-Proximus, developing
novel solutions that enhance client experience and optimize operational efficiency:
e.g. Digital KYC, Asset Transfers, Reconciliation, Market-Platforms, Distributed
Processes using Blockchain, AI, etc.
Prior, as Country Manager Luxembourg for Akeance and as Managing Director of
Racine Capital, he advised the Financial Sector on the implementation of Digital
Strategies, the development of new marketing strategies as well as the improvement
of Risk-, Compliance- and Operations Management.
Previously, he was part of the founding team of two start-up banks with successful
exits. GMAC-RFC Europe, where he eventually acted as CEO, that structured and
transacted up to EUR 8 billion p.a. of international loan portfolios. EEPK, a covered
bond bank, where, as Structured Portfolio Manager, Frank built an EUR 4 billion+
fixed income arbitrage portfolio.
He started his Finance career at various Financial Institutions by working in Capital
Markets, Portfolio Management as well as Corporate & Retail Finance.
Frank is an active member in various forums (International Bankers Forum as Board
Member, ALFI in the Blockchain WG, LHoFT, B-Hive, ATEL, ILA, International
Banker Club, W3C (BlockChain Digital Assets WG).
He regularly speaks, participates in interviews and publishes on topics

Dan Isaac is an Aerospace Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Space industry.
